Submit the required fields first. Add the street number or middle initial if the common name needs a tighter match. A successful result lets the voter review the registration, request a duplicate card, find polling and district details, check mail-in or provisional ballot status, and view a sample ballot. The tool uses birth date and ZIP as credentials; it does not publish them as browseable fields.

These fields should be read together and dated. A district reflects an address assignment, not a permanent personal trait. Likewise, a mailing address may differ from a residence address for a valid reason.

Maryland Election Law § 3-506 opens registration records held by a local board for inspection during office hours, but that right has firm limits. Original records cannot leave the office except by court order or temporary data processing. Confidential by law. Full birth date, driver or MVA identifiers, Social Security digits, signatures, authentication data, and qualifying protected addresses are not ordinary public-directory fields. Maryland’s voter confidentiality forms include the current request route for eligible applicants.

A full list is a restricted statutory product. The State Board voter-data instructions require the applicant to be a Maryland registered voter. A statewide report costs $125.
