Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to answer your message.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps maintain the service and show which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when present, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
We use this limited information to operate the site, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Baltimore County and Maryland offices, library collections, and outside search tools. Information entered on those services is controlled by their policies, not this one. The same applies to sponsored results supplied by a third party.
Who May Receive Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but otherwise do not share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Rights
Eligible Maryland residents may have access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights under the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, Md. Code, Commercial Law Title 14, Subtitle 46. Because we retain little data, a request usually means checking contact messages and available server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Government records held by Baltimore County or Maryland agencies remain outside our control; correction or removal requests for those records must go to the custodian.
Updates to This Policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
